Santos have officially announced that the club has extended the contract of 33-year-old Neymar for one year, with the new deal set to expire on December 31, 2026.
Neymar returned to Santos in January 2025, and his original contract was due to end at the close of 2025.
The Brazilian forward previously helped Santos avoid relegation while playing through an injury, before undergoing surgery for a torn meniscus in his left knee on December 22. He is currently in the rehabilitation phase, and media reports predict that he will make his comeback in February.
