When talking about renewing his contract with Bayern Munich until 2030, Musiala said: "I see Bayern Munich as my family, and my only thought at that time was to stay here for the next few years."
On February 14, 2025, Bayern Munich officially announced that Musiala has extended his contract with the team until June 30, 2030.
